My 2.5 year old is having loose motions. She feels pain in stomach after eating anything. She's not feeling hungry too What medicine can be helpful? pls help.

if its loose motion or watery stool with stomach pain, show to doctor first
it can be some infection
once its treated well baby will be relieved

Maybe that is because of the loose motion and sometimes these things can be due to an infection in the gut it could be due to indigestion issues so it’s better to check with your doctor for the medication can only be suggested after clearing the issue what is that
