my 2.5 month old baby has antibiotics for stomach infection and diaherra thn 3 days course of antibiotics and probotics thn now he has watery yellow stool is normal

A. Then you should get a stool test done for your child that is going to clear the picture about the situation because for what purpose have antibiotics been suggested that you have not stated so if you want you can actually proceed with a stool test for your child for better clarity
