My 2.5 month daughter sleeps very well on my lap and chest, but cries everytime I try to put her on bed. What shall I do

A. very common that during initial few months the child gets comfortable sleep only in tdhe arms of the caretaker and when you shift to bed the child might start crying. this is fine and normal and usually improve with age. you can duse swadling technique as well as cradle sleep to improve the sleep cycle of the child
