my 2.4 years toddler suffer from cold cough n sometimes fever. his nose running very frequent. doctor said it's viral . its being one week. what to do?

Viral infections can take about 7 to 10 days and sometimes even 15 days to subside completely so continue with what process or doctors advising whether it is medicine or giving steam and whatever continue with that and even after 15 days if you do not keep getting better then get it tested for allergy
