My 2.4 year old baby suffering from skin allergy. may I know what's reason and how it get rids off?? and is it normal or serious

This is looking like a fungal infection currently I would advise you to apply candid be cream on to this area 3 to 4 times in the day and if you see it is becoming better than you continue with it otherwise one time you can get a check with your doctor after 3 to 4 days if you do not get satisfactory results
