My 2.3 years is suffering from motions. What can be a quick remedy to treat this at home

Loose motion arhie most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydrhation is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
