my 2.3 months old is having a cold and is not able to sleep due to a blocked nose. we have sincerest syrup. please suggest the dose

A. You can put nasal drops into the nose of your child along with that you can also give steam to the child indirectly that also is going to be quite benefiting for you to do along with that amount of the medicine should be somewhere around 2 1/2 to 3ML depending upon what is the weight of your child
