my 2.3 months kid has started stammering these days .. is it normal?

Oh that’s not a very good sign because once the child starts to stammer then it increases over the period so I think it would be good that you have a check up with a speech therapist and if they suggested to get some therapies for the child to regularise the speech of the child and please go ahead with that
