My 2.11 year old is having stomach infection.........he is not eating and drinking

A. You have to go ahead with giving a proper course of medication to the child after consulting the doctor because stomach infection can only be treated with the proper course of antibiotics and that is only suggested by the doctor see you make sure that you do not give any medicine to the child without consulting your paediatrician
