my 1yr5 month old baby is not eating food what can i do? can i take him to doctor pls suggest anything.. he eats only fruits

That’s nice that your child is liking to eat food but apart from fruits of your child is not eating anything else then a lot of times this could be due to some kind of a nutritional deficiency as well to know further about it I will suggest you a fool evaluation with your doctor on this
