my 1year baby not taking cow milk. how can I give it.

A. Hai good morning !! If baby not having normal plain milk you can give as porridge,cerelac,kheer by adding sooji/dalia/ragi/rice porridge adding almond/cashew powder to make it healthy but use ghee,jaggery or dates powder instead sugar in kheer. You can give curd/yogurt,cheese,butter,paneer milk rice or curd rice or calcium source to balance the nutritional requirement.
