My 1year 6 months 23days old girl child sleeps all through the morning. since 10.30 to 11.00 am almost. after that al the routine of her gets disrupt. at the night she goes to bed around 12 pm. what should we do to take her in a routine?

A. for big children it is important to increase the physical activity of the child during the daytime and also see that the child is drinking plenty of water and is having a good diet just before sleep but at the same time the diet should be easily digestible and not very heavy diet which is causing more gas formation because that alsof can lead to digestion problem and that can disturb the sleep. also it is important to look for any environmental disturbance which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the mattress problem. rule out constipation which might be causing gastric disturbance andf change in sleep pattern
