Q.
My 19months old toddler is not eating food ... He is playing and throwing food . Hard to feed ... How can I change this behaviour?

Hello mom kids this age are quite playing and don’t wish to waste time in eating so you may try to get them engaged and keep the meal time fun and interesting for them .. and make sure they sit in one appropriate place to eat and while feeding you may read some age appropriate books or sing for them
