Q.

my 19 months old is drinking only 200 ml of water. he refuses to drink water or any kind of juice or soup

A. Offer your baby water between meals when she’s not hungry and keen for food. Keep trying. Babies rarely drink much to begin with and that’s fine; they’ll gradually drink more. If babies are not interested to drink plain water, fluids in the form of milk, juices, any flavoured juice can be given to create the interest to drink fluids.

A. toddler should have around 1litre of water a day.. you can try giving Babyhug sipper as some time babies will prefer having from favorite color or favorite cartoon character.. give water at regular intervals after meals and on demand..
