Q.
My 19 months old baby crying in night after waking from sleep and in day he take some object under tummy and sleep. Please suggest.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved by medicine like colicaid /gastica drops.
other reasons could be nasal blockxage, ear pain, diaper rafrsh and more which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .

Hi If your child is fond of keeping something under the stomach like a toy or something for comfort then that’s normal some keys like sleeping that way but yes if your child is crying and waking up in the middle of the night that that could be either due to stomach pain or your child may have seen a scary dream or something nightmares are very common with kids
