Q.

My 19 months daughter has started picking words and repeating. We usually speak Hindi or English at home. As both me and my wife are working and our parents are away, we have enrolled her in daycare where the staff and other kids mostly speak Telugu (native language in Hyderabad). Could this lead to any issues in speech or language formulation in future?

A. this is called as echlalia and it is a developmental variation of some children but yiu should not worry about this as this is self limiting condition but you should not interfere with your child so just relax and all the best for you and your child
