My 19 month old is very cranky, fussy. I am really upset with this behaviour. He have had change of nannies in past 2 months after the older one who took care of him for a year left permanently. I am working mom and when I come back home and see him fussy n cranky only, it pains me. Please guide.

Teething and pre-molars or two things which are a very difficult time for the child so there can be a possibility so that is why your child could be more cranky and see mother is a mother at the end of the day whether you are working or you are a stay at home parent a child wants to be with the mother because the nanny no matter how good she is she cannot replace you instead of getting annoyed please try to have patience it is a child I know you work may be hammering you but it is your choice to have a child with a job so you have to make little bit of adjust with your temperament and trust me things will be better over the period
