Q.

my 19 month old has recently started being very reluctant in sleeping. she used to sleep good 90-120 mins in afternoon. now she hardly sleep for 30-45 mins. and even take lot of time in the night to go to sleep. What should be changed in her routine?

A. may be due ti any pain .Teething is a irritative process . No any particular medicne for easy teeth eruption as it is physiological just give Vitamin D and calcium for the teeth eruption and also use of teether .

A. hi first ,alter your child routine. fix it ,I mean ,set consistent nap time,meal time for your child. so it will be easy for a child to adjust with it . but don't be harsh it will take time ,so stay calm consistent and positive. increase your child daytime activities. use dim lights , keep the environment calm and dark while sleeping. avoid distractions. keep the room temperature moderated
