Q.
my 19 month old daughter does not respond to her name always.. does not point out to things also.. but she has good eye contact..plays with us..understands our commands.. imitates us.. does not speak.. is it speech delay problem or some other serious issue..?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. it could be considered to be normal as per the age and according to the details you have mentioned if not associated with a.ny other problems repetitively,you should not worry it does not reqvuire any kind of treatment or medicine if you have any more doubt you can get examination done once uby the doctor available nearby and get further guidance regarding this.
