A. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. Recurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasihjionally . Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .

A. Neel can often appear with a hurt like this it is going to settle down on its own over the period but as of now if you would want you can actually apply coconut oil mixed with Kapoor regularly on the cheeks of your child this is what is going to be benefiting your child
