my 18 months daughter got vomitings so i gave her emeset and colicaid drops and now she got fever cani repeat this medicine

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment isg done to find out the euxact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
