my 18 month old doesn't walk as she had acute chest infection but now she is fine. still she doesn't walk

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl6 months agoA. The baby may feel tired still, hence wait for few more days. Once enough strength received by the child, the child can started to move on their own without the help of others. Give high calorific value foods and high fibre fruits to the child to get a fast recovery.
