My. 18 month baby have a yellow colour motion in 4 times in a day there is any infection or not

A. sometime children have this problem and yellow colour motion is normal but if it smell is unusal bad flothy then there is infection and it cause of concern you should visit doctor for the same.meanwhile keep your baby well hydrated and give ors solution.
