Q.
my 18 month baby don't sleep without nursing. If I say no to feed he do not ask feed and starts playing but he doesn't sleep althroughout the night or take nap in the afternoon. Also I take care of that he is taking proper nutritious food. how should make sleep without breastfeeding? please help

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom one of the best way is to keep them full and also make them tired , they are playing or are mobile now so moving around a lot tend to make them hungry and take their meal enough to keep them full and sleep .
Also massages and warm water bath is essential
