My 17months son has plenty of pus cells in stool. I normally breastfeed my baby. Do I have to stop breast-feeding him?

A. dear Mum you should not Breastfeeding baby if not advised by doctor infact breastmilk is best suited for baby it also helps to strengthen immunity and helps in fighting disease and infection
