my 17months old baby vulva becomes like this and even some kind of white blood used to come out she feel pain and dnt even want to take bath or wash herself what can i do,,,is this due to having urine problem and she is having Pus cells (WBC) and red cells (RBC) when we examine her urin...

First you please consult your paediatrician they will check and then only they will tell you if you need to go ahead with any testing because sometimes without any test they would know what is the problem and accordingly they will give you cut a guidance on that so please consult your doctor for a physical evaluation
