my 16 months old get gassy mostly during night, what foods should I avoid and what can I do to make her gut stronger?

A. hello mom maintain a time gap between the meal and the sleep time, as the digestion time is good to be maintained ,other is what kind of food you are giving her , give all usual family foods now, , avoid whole grains and dals, if that is triggering
