Q.

my 16 month old baby have trouble night sleep she wake up after 4 hours of sleep and then she wants to play outside how can I manage her to sleep...it's very stress for me she didn't have long night sleep. I gave her fullfing dinner but she wake at night.she cries at night because she didn't able to sleep when the night cames it's very stress for me.can u give me tips to long night sleep for my baby

A. Hello mom it can be quite stress to handle toddlers , but mom these are phases that are quite observed with them, so you could probably prefer to make a routine for them as well. As reducing the sleep duration in the day time slightly ,
