My 16 month baby head is full of dandruff..whar step should i take to clear dandruff

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician6 years agoA. hi, your baby is 16 months old now.dandruff is usually due to inadequate nutrition to the scalp skin.kindly use coconut oil and massage in the base of follicles if hair.use shampoo once a week.start vitamin B complex supplement.
