my 15months old daughter not eating food.. she is active only but anytime fell down in floor and hit in head

See It is very common with kids too fell down like this every now and then because they are just trying to balance their body so don’t worry about that till the time there is not a major injury or something you don’t worry about it and please feed child well otherwise your child will have weakness
