Q.
My 14month old boy is not chewing food , giving any textured food he is coughing and ultimately puking . I am still giving him paste kind of smothered food. Please help me with tip he has 6 front teeth now

stop giving pureed food and start with hand mashed first.. slowly shift to normal food in very small bites.
it will take time but the child will start eating soon

please don't force feed your child
please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash etc
you can give small quantity of soji halva sira rab laddu pancakes sabudana porridge etc
please give daily massage with Babyhug coconut oil
