Q.

My 14month old baby was not sleeping well during night.. And also she's drinking milk during night time only. At least 2-3 times she will woke up during night. She's also not gaining weight much. But she's healthy. Is it ok? Any remedies pls

A. Hello ma’am Will you haven’t mentioned the current weight of your child but still I would just like to say if your child is healthy your child is active taking all the meals properly then there is nothing to be worried about for the same. Make sure that you feed heavy dinner to your child after two hours of dinner give milk and maintain a minimum gap of 30 to 40 minutes in between milk time and sleep time so this way if your child’s tummy will be full probably your child will sleep for a longer duration and at a stretch during the night
