my 14 months old baby is suffering from cold and cough for past one weak.. so iam giving her ascoril ls syrup.. from yesterday, her poop color is yellow with black.. why this happened?

The black coloured motion is basically because of iron supplements if you are giving any to the child so this completely normal to have a black coloured motion there is nothing wrong with that it is just because of the supplement probably if you are giving any to the child
