My 14 months baby is not taking the food properly seems very weak and not growing, does he suffering from parasitic infection? pls suggest

It Cannot be said if the child is suffering with any kind of infection but yes I believe if your child is not eating well there could be a possibility that your child me definitely be having some kind of a deficiency which is why your child is not getting proper appetite so in this case I can only advise you to get a check with your doctor
