my 14 month old baby is drooling saliva from 2 days . due to too much of smell and irregular consistency of his stool, doctor prescribed oflaxacin and metronidazole, bifilac and zinc Gluconate oral solutions . now he is passing motion in dark green colour. should I be worried?

it is happened due to indigestion or due to stomach infection
please give luck warm water for drinking
please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi Vegetable soup and upma
please once consult with your pediatrician about this matter
please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
