my 14 month old baby has diarrhea like foul smell and large amount of stool and curse type things are there in stool so pls help what to give to stop this diarrhea and what to give him to eat he does not not want to eat

A. continue prescribed medications. if you have introduced any new food, skip it for time being. maintain good hydration. curd, buttermilk help in maintaining good intestinal bacteria. keep a close watch on urine color, hydration, maintain good oral intake. if child appears drowsy, blood in stools or not feeding well then consult your paediatrician. maintain good hygiene while feeding your baby. hope this helps.

A. Give plenty of water and also buttermilk coconut water etc to the baby Keep the baby clean hygienic hydrated. roast 15-20 sabudna grains. put them in cooker with one glass water, few fennel seeds, one black pepper corn, a couple of grains of black cardamom and some salt. wait for two-three whistles. the sabudna should be cooked well. after opening the cooker once the cooker cools down, add some sugar and boil it for one boil and then strain it. let it cool and make your kid drink. will help with strength and diarrhea
