my 14 month baby armpit temp 98.6 shall I give paracetamol?

There Is no need because your child is not having fever at the temperature 198 in .9° fahrenheit is considered normal and not fever so please do not give any kind of medicine to the child till the time the temperature does not process 99° fahrenheit and after that only you can give paracetamol or any other medicine
