my 14 day baby has developed a fungal infection in his buttocks. it's very painful and irritating. how can we treat this?

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. Change dirty diapers as soon as possible. Be gentle when cleaning the diaper area. Apply a zinc oxide diaper cream. Call a doctor or board-certified dermatologist if your baby develops signs of a skin infection.
