Q.

my 13 months boy sleeps by 7pm after having home made celerac( rice and dal) and gets up by 12 midnight,pls suggest what food i give him in mid night

A. hi, you can give boiled veggies or simply give breast milk or formula milk in mid night feed. give 3 meals n 2 snack a day. take care
