my 13 month arvi is on medication for loose motion n vomit n fever .. she takes her mother milk mostly .. her mother is not feeling well pain in body n all is it safe to take tablet of dolo 625 for her mother

A. the baby is already one year of age there is no problem if the mother of the baby will be taking paracetamol tablet Dolo 650 and still breastfeed the baby .
