My 12 year old is constantly busy on her phone . After school and tuition whenever she is at home she only wants her phone. Please suggest me a solution to handle the situation mums

Parent gennie is an app that you can use to control the timer on the phone and also the screen what your child is watching you’ll have every information about it so fix a time that half an hour to 40 minutes you will get one time when you are home after school and tuition rest you will not get the phone because it has a very negative impact on kids so set a time set a boundary if you have to give it with my personal opinion you should not give it at all but if you have to set a timing and a boundary
