For home remedies you can give a mix of ginger juice and honey to the child with a pinch of black pepper and Tulsi into that and when it comes to giving a medicine you can give MAXTRA that is going to be one of the best medicines that you can offer to the child in the current situation which you can easily give three times in the day with a gap of eight hours each
