My 11months 20days baby is 7.8kg now…doctor suggested d3 and affeto drops for her growth…does it really increase the weight gain? And how many ml of affeto should i give?

If your doctor suggesting then something would be good to eat otherwise the doctor would have not suggested you this one in the first place and then second afterwards I would also like to tell you that what dosage should be given and all of your doctor suggesting you should take their advice advice and instructions on that
