my 11month baby have a viral fever last 3day also severe cough.after medicine there is no fever but there is a small pea size nodule near neck what it is?

A. hi better to visit your pediatrician for once give luke warm water with pinch of salt and two drops of ghee in 6 tbsp quantity twice in a day apply Babyhug rapid relief rub on chest and back of your child which help to cure cold and cough
