my 11month baby face only colour but body colour is black and dull why when colour changes and skin tone look bright what can I do

A. GH Just use the same product that you are using on the face of the child with which the skin tone is going to get better maybe you’re using some oil on the skin which is why the skin may have become so dull and dark so use the same product that you’re using skin probably that will be helpful
