Q.

My 11m month baby has tendency of little stiff ,hard stool. suggest me some food that will facilite him a soft stools. #AskTheExpert

A. Hello father they would be required fluid intake and also fibre rich foods as well too, hence make sure he takes water and other fluid sources such as water, coconut water, fresh fruit juice or juicy fruits m juicy vegetables as well, vegetable soups , etc . Make sure their food is been freshly been made at home, and avoid packaged and ready to make foods
