Q.

my 11+ years daughter hving fever since yesterday morning. fever is 102.I m giving her dolo 250mg.shold I change the medicine. or what I do?

A. not required to change, jst repeat at intervals Baby is having cold cough and fever then it can be due to viral infection you need to give him steam inhalation indirectly to times in the day and also keep him well hydrated .consult with your doctor near by who will examine the baby and guide you with appropriate medications in their proper dose. Viral fever can last from 3-5 days so you need to to give the prescribed medications for this duration at least and if it is persistent beyond you need to go for the investigation as per the advice of the doctor

Hello mom You are giving a perfect medication to your baby so continue giving it to your baby and there is no need to make any changes in it but if your baby doesn’t get to leave in next 24 hours then in such case you should definitely consult with your doctor about it because your doctor can only advise you well after examining baby
