My 11 month old son had thypoid vaccine yesterday.He had severe pain after that and no fever.We gave him paracetamol 5 ml.He slept well and from morning his body temperature s 99.2 and he s not eating anything and he vomited once .He s active otherwise. Is it ok to not eat anything but just milk after vaccination. m afraid dat he might vomit again if i force feed him.
