My 10 year old heart bpm is 60 while awake and sleeping as well and I am very worried about this please help me

A. It’s better that you take assistance with your doctor because this is really very low so the doctors is going to advise you why this is happening what is meant to be done because practically doesn’t even sound right now with what you saying so please take an assistance with the doctor soon
