A. Hello, your baby boy is 9.9 years old and he is having a high grade fever so give him plenty of fluids and paracetamol 15 mg/kg at every 6/8 hours

A. give mefinemic acid In fever give pcm drops as prescribed by your doctor give tepid water sponging maintain hydration if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine
